LithiumInverter.in ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent lithium-battery price tracker and editorial resource for India. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and your rights under Indian law — including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Who we are (Data Fiduciary)

2. What data we collect
LithiumInverter.in is an informational website. We do not run user accounts, logins, newsletter sign-ups, comment sections, or contact forms, and we do not ask you to submit personal data to read our content. The only data we collect is:
- Aggregated analytics — via Google Analytics 4 (see section 3), which measures site usage in a non-identifying way.
- Standard server logs — our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Email correspondence — only if you choose to write to us at kunwersachdev@gmail.com, in which case we hold your message and email address to reply.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-BBYX6D76GX), provided by Google LLC, to understand which pages readers find useful so we can improve the site. It collects aggregated, non-identifying data — such as pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type — and sets cookies (for example _ga) for this purpose.

Because we do not operate accounts or collect personal data through forms, in most cases the only data tied to you would be email correspondence you initiated. 9. Not directed at children
LithiumInverter.in is a technical and commercial reference intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
